INTRODUCTION: Tank/Healing/DPS leads, Raid Leader and Lootmaster will be marked in the raid roster. Veritas members will be considered first before non-guild members, but are not guaranteed entry. Under most circumstances, to be considered for this raid group you must have a guild-rank of Proven or higher. Read here for more details on obtaining Raiding rank in Veritas. If you are not Proven rank or higher you receive no EP for being on standby during raid times. We encourage you to remain on standby even if you do not receive EP as should we need someone, we will take non-Proven members if they are what fit the needs of the raid best.

If you are on standby receiving EP, that means you MUST be online AND able to attend the raid on reasonable notice during the raid time to receive EP. Failure will forfeit all gained EP, repeated failure will suffer EP penalties.

RAID LIMIT: Only 25 people can be taken to this raid group at a time. Therefore, some people must be left out of the raid group. Preference is given to members in this order: Raider, Raider Initiate, Proven, Social, New Member More information regarding these ranks will be posted on the forums. However, if you do not get confirmed, please still show up at start time! Often people are needed to sub in, and the spot will be given to those people who are prepared and waiting.

ROSTERING: If you are one of the people that did NOT get rostered for the week and are of Proven rank or lower, we do try to rotate players in and out to allow as much participation as possible. The raid leader will also roster ONE person of Proven, Social, or New Member rank per raid at his/her discretion. This ONE person can be a non-member of Veritas. This is done to ensure that everyone gets seen by raid leadership. This person may or may not be identified and should try their best to demonstrate their skill to the RL and their fellow raid members. This IS your chance to show what you can do!

LATE OR ABSENCE TO A RAID: All people who expect a slot in the raid team need to post in the forums or on the phpraider form, or speak to an officer if they plan on being late (include how late you will be!). If a rostered person is absent from a raid without prior notification, an apology for the absence is expected. Failure to do so falls under the "Don't be a Dick" rule, and will be strongly addressed!
Replacements Some people have not been showing up on time. From now on the RL will start picking up alternates at exactly RAID START TIME if you do not show up before then. So please be on time if you're confirmed. On time means being online at the invite time; not the raid start time. If in doubt, be early!

NOTE: Rank, seniority, skill, environmental awareness, and personality are all taken into consideration for rostering. Consistently signing up and being available for standby will not only help with your EPGP score, but will keep you visible to the raid team.
